Preparation for smoothie Ingredients

- yields 3 cups = 24 oz

• 1 cup Soya milk (or Yoghurt or Goat milk)

Drain water and allow prunes to cool. Put the softened prunes and coconut water into a blender and blend up. Drink the beverage on an empty stomach in the morning.
